People in Mohri village in Maharashtra are delighted, as solar power has lit up their lives. Although situated in one of the most developed regions of the country, the village had no access to electricity till recently. The villagers had waited for long and were contemplating some action on their own, when a private company came to their help to dispel the darkness from their village.
