Stavan Desai speaks on Kasab's juvenile claim

The trial in the Mumbai terror attacks case began with the prosecution opening its case against Mohammed Ajmal Kasab and two others. Kasab pleaded in the court that he is a juvenile and his case should be tried in a juvenile court. Stavan Desai gives his views on Kasab's juvenile claim.
