A group of twenty-one Japanese students from Soka University Japan are undergoing an intensive exchange programme at the Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata. The professors at RBU are using techniques employed by Tagore himself to improve their abilities. These Japanese students sing Rabindra sangeet or songs of Tagore in Bengali with the same enthusiasm as they sing their University song in Japanese.
