Tata factory in Singur adds to region’s prosperity

Singur in West Bengal state once witnessed violent clashes between farmers and police over the setting up of Tata factory. But the residents of Singur are today thanking the authorities for bringing economic prosperity to the region. Locals working as daily laborers around the factory are happy to earn a respectable livelihood through various employment avenues generated by the factory.
