Tata plant is here to stay

Chief Minister of West Bengal, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee said that there is no question of Tata factory moving out of Singur. This statement came in the wake of the company's threat that it is prepared to move the plant elsewhere to make the Nano car. Tata Motors Ltd had said on Friday that it is prepared to move the plant to make the Nano, from Singur if violent protests continued, despite having invested doller 350 million in the project.
