Tea Tourism is being promoted in West Bengal and villagers in the hill town of Darjeeling have also joined hands in the venture. With the help of newly formed cooperative society with its headquarters in Kolkata, almost seven hundred villagers of Makaibari and Fulbari villages have teamed up to promote tourism in and around the tea gardens in the area.
