Thane devotee please deity with lamps

A devotee lit up 1111 lamps in Lord Ganesha's name on the occasion of 'Ganesh Utsav' in Thane. With 1111 lamps tied to his body, Pravin Joshi, a devout, danced in front of the idol of lord Ganesha. Proven, has performed this act across many states in the country. Meanwhile, in Varanasi, scores of devotees gathered at a local temple to perform prayers for the Ganesha Utsav.
