This is not a suicide: Ram Singh's lawer

Defence counsel AP Singh has stressed that Ram Singh's death in the Tihar jail could not have been a suicide and hinted at criminal conspiracy. Meanwhile, the Union home ministry on Monday sought a detailed report from Tihar Jail administration. A magisterial inquiry has been ordered in the case.
