Tight vigil in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of Ekta yatra

Police enhanced security in Kathua region of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday after imposition of section 144 of the Criminal Penal Code to prevent, Bharatiya Janata Party, from hoisting the national flag in Srinagar on Republic Day. The authorities concerned imposed prohibitory orders on Monday.Deputy Inspector General of Kathua region Garib Dass said that the orders will be implemented with full effort and all the precautionary measures will be taken.
