Transporters in J&K reap rich during elections

The extended polls in Jammu & Kashmir, being held in seven phases, has boosted the business of transporters whose vehicles are in great demand for election campaigning. Transporters in Jammu & Kashmir state are a happy lot with the demand for their vehicles having grown after almost two-months long slump due to the Hindu shrine land row. The accelerated demand for vehicles from political parties has led to increase in hiring rates to great comfort of transport workers.
