National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon on Thursday said that India is willing to talk to Pakistan only if it stops backing terrorist activities in India. Menon said that there are limits on how far the dialogue can proceed depending upon the initiatives taken by Pakistan. He was addressing a gathering in Washington D.C. ahead of U.S President Barack Obama's Indian visit in November 2010.
