Untraceable victims counted dead, after 30 days: Bahuguna

Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna on Friday informed that the state administration will consider the victims dead, who couldn't have been spotted even after one month of the calamity that hit the hilly state. He also added that the administration will provide compensation to the families of such victims.
