UP allocates 20% welfare schemes for minorities

With an eye on upcoming 2014 polls, the Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday decided to allocate 20% budget of welfare schemes for minorities which include Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains.
