UP cop humiliates rape victim

A senior police officer not only humiliated but also used foul language against a rape victim in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. When a rape victim approached ASP Keshav Chandra Goswami, he made an extremely insensitive comment that who would rape such an old woman. The woman is a mother of four and her eldest child is 15 years old. However, later the UP police not only apologized to the victim but also sought an explanation from the officer within two days.
