New cycles could be the likely clues for probe into the simultaneous blasts that rocked Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, state chief minister Mayawati visited the wounded in a hospital in Varanasi. Mayawati blamed the Central intelligence agencies for Friday's serial bomb blasts. Simultaneous explosions planted outside courts in three cities of Uttar Pradesh killed at least 13 people in what a senior government official said were terrorist strikes.
