Pandemonium erupted in Kashmir assembly on Saturday over difference of opinion on unanimously rejecting Pakistani assembly's resolution that condemned the hanging of 2001 parliament attacks conspirator, Afzal Guru. Talking to reporters in Jammu a legislator of the regional Panthers Party, Balwant Singh Mankotia blamed the state government for stalling discussion on the issue and not allowing a counter resolution against Pakistan to be passed.
