Police on Wednesday seized a US made M-79 grenade launcher from a Maoist hideout in Ranchi. Police also nabbed two people, Dilip Kumar Singh and Rupesh Kumar Singh, from the site. The two admitted that the launcher was meant to be supplied to the Maoist organisation, the People's Liberation Front of India. The PLFI is the second biggest rebel group in the state and engaged in a turf war with the CPI (Maoist).
