Utmost security at temples on Janmashtami

Hindu temples in India's national capital have made elaborate security arrangements on the occasion of Janmashtami also known as Gokulashtami on Friday. Thus a common sight at the temples in New Delhi are group of police personnel and private security guards who have been deployed by the temple authorities to ensure safety and security of the hundreds of devotees visiting the places of worship. Devotees are being frisked thoroughly and a strict vigil is being maintained outside and within the temple premises.
