Varanasi blast suspect held in Mumbai

Mumbai Police detained a suspect on Saturday allegedly involved in the Varanasi bomb blast case that rocked the city on December 07. Suhaib Nadim Siddique, a resident of Thane district of Maharashtra, was nabbed when he was on his way to board a plane to Gulf countries. He was detained at the check-in counter of a Gulf Airlines plane at the Mumbai International Airport. Father of the detained person Nadim Siddique, however, said that his son is innocent and cannot commit such a crime.
