Veerappa Moily rejects BJP's fresh allegations on Bofors

Law Minister Veerappa Moily hit out at Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley for making baseless remarks over Congress by citing certain new revelations in the Bofors gun scam. Slamming Jaitley in Bangalore on Monday, he quipped the Jaitley had spent his political career only on Bofors. Earlier in the day, I-T Tribunal ruled that Rs. 41.2 crore was paid as kickbacks to the late Win Chadha and Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi in the Swedish howitzer deal and the two are liable to tax in India on such income.
