War of words continue between BJP, Congress over 2G
Updated on Sept 29, 2011 05:14 pm IST
Continuing its attack on the government over 2G scam, BJP's senior leader M Venkaiah Naidu has asked the Prime Minister to name the "forces" trying to destabilise his government. He was speaking in the backdrop of Singh's recent statement that certain "forces" are trying to destabilise the polity and force early elections. Meanwhile Maharashtra Chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, whose name has also cropped up in the scam since he was the minister of state in the PMO when the 2G licences were issued, challenged the BJP to prove his alleged role in the scandal.
