Passengers' safety and improved facilities topped the list of demands by commuters awaiting the Rail Budget 2016. Railway minister Suresh Prabhu has a long list of demands to keep in consideration as he readies to present the budget on on February 25. They include, women passengers safety with installation of more closed circuit television cameras and deployment of railway protection force in trains. The commuters are also fed up with lack of cleanliness in trains, especially in compartments used by poor. Last year, Prabhu did not introduce any new trains, but augmented the services of several trains.
