We hope talks with Pak would be fruitful: Rashid Alvi

Reacting to India's agreement for start of the third round of the secretary-level talks which was stalled in January this year because of the LoC strife, Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that India has always hoped for a good relation with its neighboring country. He also hoped that unlike other talks this time it would be fruitful.
