Home Minister P Chidambaram on Wednesday said that leaders of militant outfits cant dictate terms to the country and assured complete security to the visiting players during forthcoming games to be hosted in the country. Chidambaram's statement came a day after Pakistani terrorist leader Ilyas Kashmiri warned sportspersons against visiting India.
