Week long impasse in Parliament, over price rise issue, ends

The week-long impasse in Parliament over the price rise issue ended on Monday after the government agreed to move a resolution in both the Houses to express concern over the issue after a debate under the section, which doesn't entail voting. Earlier, the consensus was reached at all party meeting called by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in the national capital to end the logjam.
