West Bengal savours its seasonal fish

The steep rise in food prices and other commodities has hit hard on everyone's pocket. But Hilsa fish continues to be the most sought after fish in west Bengal despite steep rise in its prices. Most of the restaurants in Kolkata have stacked up menus with different preparations of the fish. The only drawback with the fish is its bones. But the restaurants have now come up with boneless variety to attract all types of customers.
