Wildlife workers hatch cobra in captivity

Wildlife workers hatched 15 cobras from around 100 eggs of the reptile found on the outskirts of Chennai city. The wildlife authorities, which found the eggs, gave the required environment to hatch it by keeping it in an earthen pot filled with sand, and covered with a cloth. King cobra is mainly found in Asia and preys on snakes and small animals like rats and lizards.
