World Environment Day: Modi plants a sapling, appeals nation to save nature

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the nation on the occasion of World Environment Day. The prime minister appealed to the nation to take it as their responsibility to protect Mother Nature for future generations. He said that the elders have previously preserved the nature for the present, and similarly, all of us must work to protect it for the future. PM Modi also said that people need to change their attitude to save the environment which has come under major threats in the recent past. The prime minister also wished everyone on the day and said that all should grow trees and plants and should be proud of it.
