Yamuna Expressway opens today

The 165-km long Yamuna Expressway that connects Greater Noida with Agra was today inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav through video conferencing in Lucknow. The distance between Agra and New Delhi will be reduced to around 211 km. The travel time between the two cities will be only 150 minutes because of the signal-free stretch. A round-trip in a single day will cost one around Rs 510.
