Youngest PAN card holder

A 45-day-old girl child has become the youngest person in the country to get a permanent account number from the tax authorities. Akshithaa of Chennai received a Permanent Account Number after her father made an application to the city's Income Tax Department. Her father S Balamurugan feels that was the right thing to do after he made certain investments on Akshithaa's behalf.
