The Delhi High Court on June 21 put on hold the lower court’s order granting bail to Arvind Kejriwal. The high court will announce its final order in two-three days. The Enforcement Directorate called the lower court’s order “totally perverse”. The Rouse Avenue Court had granted bail to Kejriwal in the excise policy case on June 21. ED opposed the order and moved the Delhi High Court. Kejriwal was arrested on March 21.
