‘Democracy in WB under threat, Mamata Banerjee is sole reason’: Nirmala Sitharaman

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday staged a silent protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Trinamool Congress. The BJP accused TMC of violence during party president Amit Shah's roadshow a day earlier and trying to shift the blame. Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the democracy in Bengal is under threat and the TMC supremo is the sole reason behind it.
