Lok Sabha election 2019: Modi-led NDA wins historic mandate

The Modi Tsunami swept the 2019 Lok Sabha election on Thursday. Narendra Modi is set to become the prime minister for a second term. Congress president Rahul Gandhi congratulated PM Modi after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) swept the election. Other who congratulated the Prime Minister include Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Ministers Prakash Javadekar and Harsimrat Kaur Badal, BJP candidate from Gorakhpur Ravi Kishan and Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi.
