Updated on Apr 02, 2019 06:54 pm IST
Hours after the Congress released its election manifesto, Union Finance Minister and senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley called some of the ideas in the document 'positively dangerous'. Jaitley went further to allege that it was a 'tukde-tukde gang' which had drafted some points of the manifesto. He referred to Congress' promise of repealing Section 124A in the Indian Penal Code, which is used to punish 'seditious' acts. It was an agenda for the 'Balkanisation of India', alleged the Finance Minister.
