‘Unprecedented,’ Rahul Gandhi trolls PM Modi’s first presser, poses a question

On the last day of campaigning for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed coinciding press conferences. The two took jibes at each other, with PM Modi saying that while previous governments weren't able to ensure proper conduct of elections along with the Indian Premier League tournament, able governance under the NDA had ensured that multiple events took place simultaneously across the nation. Gandhi asked whether the PM would respond to his debate dare on the Rafale deal.
