The Indian government has sought evidence from the Canadian government after PM Justin Trudeau claimed India's role in the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. New Delhi also offered to cooperate in the investigation with Canadian authorities. The decision was taken after a high-level meeting of the foreign ministry and national security officers at the new parliament on September 20.
