Arms-laden boat at Raigad beach triggers scare; Maha govt rejects terror angle

• Security scare in Maharashtra after boat with weapons found in Raigad. Boat recovered was loaded with three AK-47 rifles & 10 boxes of live ammunition. After the recovery, an alert has been sounded in Raigad while security has been scaled in and around the beach at Harihareshwar, where the boat was seized. The Maharashtra Deputy CM has appealed people not to panic as there is no terror angle. Devendra Fadnavis said that the boat belongs to an Australian woman whose husband is the owner of it. He added that the boat drifted in the rough sea and reached Raigad from off the coast of Oman. However, Maharashtra ATS is still examining the entire incident. Watch this report to know more.
