Army chief warns China against altering LAC status, slams Pakistan for terror

Army Chief Gen MM Naravane has sent a clear message to China that India won't let any attempts to unilaterally change the borders succeed at the Line of Actual Control amid an ongoing standoff between the two sides. Addressing an Army Day parade, General Naravane said that the year 2021 was challenging for his soldiers due to tensions with China. He said that both India and China however disengaged at multiple flashpoints and the talks are underway for full disengagement. The Army Chief said the situation on Line of Control is under control but slammed Pakistan for harbouring terrorists and making attempts to vitiate the atmosphere in Kashmir.
