Bagga gets HC relief; ‘No coercive action till May 10’ | AAP-BJP tussle peaks

In a relief for BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, the Punjab & Haryana high ordered no coercive action to be taken against him till May 10 in its midnight hearing. This after a Mohali court issued an arrest warrant against Bagga a day after he was arrested by the Punjab Police and later 'rescued' by Delhi police. This in connection with a case regarding provocative statements and criminal intimidation. BJP meanwhile, continued to mount attack on AAP, terming it 'party of terrorists'.
