Beer takeaway, bars open till 3 am: new policy gives Delhi’s nightlife a boost

The Delhi government has made the city’s new excise policy public. The new policy aims to ease restrictions on liquor in the national capital with takeaway of beer, introduction of private players and increased time limits for bars, restaurants & clubs as its main highlights.
