Bhiwandi building collapse: 2 dead, 6 injured; FIR against four people

Two people died and six were injured after a single-storey building collapsed in Maharashtra’s Bhiwandi. The incident took place in Harihar Compound in Bhiwandi on February 01. The Police, NDRF and fire brigade teams carried out rescue operations. The building served as a godown of an online goods delivery firm. The Narpoli police registered an FIR against four people. The accused include the godown owners, Suryakant Patil, Ramchandra Patil and Mahananda Patil, and one person from a company which built the structure, the official from Narpoli police station said. No arrest has been made so far, the official said, adding that they are conducting a probe into the incident. Watch the full video for more details.
