Bhutan King meets PM Modi, NSA Doval in New Delhi; Bilateral ties in focus

- Prime minister Narendra Modi met the King of Bhutan, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck in Delhi. PM Modi welcomed the Bhutanese King at his official residence, 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in the national capital. Both leaders discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries. The Bhutanese King also met NSA Ajit Doval & Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra. India and Bhutan share historically strong ties which have stood the test of time.
