Captain’s ‘inexperienced Gandhi siblings’ barb sets off alarm bells in Congress

Days after his unceremonious exit, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has launched a direct attack on Gandhi siblings for backing his rival Navjot Singh Sidhu -- claiming they are inexperienced and have been misled by their advisers. Amarinder said he will not hesitate from making any sacrifice to stop Sidhu and will ensure he is defeated in the upcoming Punjab polls. The Captain also slammed Congress high command for allegedly interfering in the affairs of Punjab government and claimed that if next polls are fought under Sidhu, the party won't even manage to get seats in double digit.
