Car ramming into crowd video tweeted by Congress, tagged Lakhimpur Kheri

• Amid the Lakhimpur Kheri storm, a distressing video has gone viral. Allegedly of the Lakhimpur incident, the video was tweeted by Congress. In the video, an SUV is seen ramming into a group of men walking on the road. The people in the video are claimed to be protesting farmers. Suddenly a car hits the crowd of people, dragging many along. As the camera turns around, another SUV is seen following the first. Congress captioned the video as 'Modi govt's silence makes it complicit'. Four farmers were killed in Lakhimpur Kheri on oct 3 after allegedly being run over. In ensuing violence, four people allegedly dragged out of a car and were lynched. Farmers accused Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra and son Ashish in the case. The BJP leaders claimed stones were pelted at cars causing the accident. BJP also accused some 'miscreants' present among farmers of lynching its workers. Minister Ajay Mishra and his son denied being present at the spot at time of incident.
