Case against Amitabh, Shah Rukh, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer for promoting ‘Gutkha'

• Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn, have been accused of promoting ‘gutkha & tobacco’. A petition was filed before a court in Bihar by a city-based social activist Tamanna Hashmi. Ajay Devgn has been an ambassador of tobacco brand Vimal for a few years while SRK came on board last year. Amitabh Bachchan had signed on as brand ambassador for Kamla Pasand before cutting his ties. Tamanna alleged that commercials featuring the actors encouraged people to consume the items. Tamanna also named Ranveer Singh among those who were ‘misusing their celebrity status’. Watch the full video for more.
