'CBSE Class 12 evaluation criteria may take upto 2 weeks': Secy Anurag Tripathi

- CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi said evaluation criteria for Class 12 are under consideration. Tripathi added that experts would look at all possibilities & it would take upto 2 weeks. This comes after SC said it is happy to note that the government has taken the decision to cancel exams. “CBSE evaluation criteria for Class 12 are under consideration. The experts would look at all possibilities & make a decision. There is no other way left as the government has already cancelled exams. Now it is important that we inform students how we will evaluate. I urge everyone not to fall for rumours, it would take upto 2 weeks,” Tripathi said. On June 1, the government decided to cancel CBSE Class 12 board exams in view of the pandemic. Earlier in April, CBSE had cancelled class 10 exams & postponed class 12 exams.
