Cong moving in circles? Three states want Rahul's return as party president

Justifying the resolution, Chhattisgarh CM said that while there are reports that Rahul is unwilling to take charge, there is nothing he has indicated to this effect himself. Fresh support for Rahul Gandhi comes at a time when he is leading the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’. This is party’s largest mass outreach programme in many decades.
