Covid Omicron batters Hong Kong; Hospitals overcrowded, patients helpless

• Hong Kong is witnessing its worst-ever healthcare crisis due to the surge in Covid's Omicron variant infections. Hospitals are full and no space left to admit more patients. Makeshift isolation wards are made outside the hospital to treat more Covid patients. On Saturday, Hong Kong recorded over 6,000 Covid cases. In the last two months, Hong Kong reported more than 20,000 cases, surpassing its cumulative tally of the last 2 years of about 12,000 cases. Watch this video to know more.
