CRPF destroys bomb planted by Naxals in controlled explosion in Chhattisgarh

- CRPF found a pressure cooker bomb in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma on Tuesday. The bomb was recovered during a search operation in the area. Later, a bomb squad destroyed the bomb in a controlled explosion. The incident comes after the deadly encounter along the Sukma-Bijapur border on April 3. As many as 22 jawans were killed and around 31 sustained injuries in the encounter with Maoists.
