'Delimitation, elections...': Amit Shah's roadmap for return of J&K statehood

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has reiterated centre's commitment to grant J&K its statehood back once the delimitation exercise is over and elections are held in the Union Territory. Amit Shah, who is on a 3-day visit to J&K, his first after Article 370 purge, told a gathering of youth that he has come to Kashmir to extend the hand of friendship to them and seek their assistance in peace and development of the troubled region. In the aftermath of recent civilian killings, Amit Shah warned 'troublemakers' of strict action. Watch this video for full report.
